1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this site (simpanemas.com.my), you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Who we are

This site is operated personally by Nurul Izzati (dealer code PG00223356), an independent Authorised Public Gold Dealer. We are not Public Gold Marketing Sdn Bhd, and this is not Public Gold's official website. Any reference to Public Gold is only to identify the actual product and provider.

3. Nature of our service

We provide education about physical gold savings and a guided introduction to purchasing through Public Gold. We do not sell gold. All purchases are made directly with Public Gold Marketing Sdn Bhd at publicgold.com.my. We are not a party to that sale, and the terms of sale, delivery, and buy-back are set by Public Gold.

We do not close sales automatically. Our guidance helps you understand and decide for yourself; the decision to buy is entirely yours.

4. Not financial advice

The content on this site is for educational purposes only and is intended for long-term wealth preservation (ḥifẓ al-māl), not a get-rich-quick scheme. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon alone for your decisions.

Gold prices rise and fall. Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns, and returns depend on gold price movement. We make, and will make, no guarantee of income, guaranteed returns, or promise of wealth. Please seek independent professional advice where needed.

5. Illustrative tools

The projection calculator, savings-plan quiz, and zakat calculator on this site provide illustrative estimates based on your inputs and price data labelled as illustrative. Results are not an offer, advice, or a guarantee of actual value. For zakat, please confirm with your state zakat authority.

6. Dealer code and purchase link

When you choose to proceed with a purchase, we guide you to publicgold.com.my with the dealer code (PG00223356) pre-filled, and the code is also shown as a manual fallback. This means your purchase is registered under this dealer. You are free not to use this code; it is your choice.

7. Shariah compliance

Public Gold's physical gold product is endorsed as Shariah-compliant by the firm Amanie Advisors, covering its physical-gold transaction structure. We state Shariah compliance only within the scope of that endorsement. We do not issue new fatwa or religious claims beyond that scope. For personal certainty, please consult your own religious authority.

8. No income or recruitment claims

This site is for personal gold savings and purchase. We do not advertise an income opportunity, and we make no claim of income, commission, or 'financial freedom'. Any opportunity to become a sub-dealer, where it exists, is by invitation only and framed around service and education — not a promise of income or a pyramid scheme.

9. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics, and tools on this site are owned by the Operator or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, modify, or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Third-party links

This site contains links to third-party sites, including publicgold.com.my. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, access data without authorisation, mass-scrape it automatically, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

This site is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including gold purchase decisions you make yourself with Public Gold. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the update date above. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Both the Bahasa Malaysia and English versions are official.
